found in Siberia. Scientists were able to date them back 160 million years to the Jurassic period. The fossils proved that feathers existed in far more than just on the winged dinosaurs. The fossils they uncovered were two-legged, and not avian at all. Meaning all other creatures like it would likely have feathers too.

What allowed the scientists to assume feathers were present by these fossils? It just so happens that this fossil was uncovered in what used to be a lake bed, covered in volcanic ash from eruptions over several centuries. That allowed the dinosaur skeletons to be perfectly preserved, including their now infamous feathers. The discovery was mind-bending. To be fair to the Jurassic Park creators, this discovery did not happen until two decades after the initial film. Thus, they could never have known. Yet Jurassic World producers know and have yet to fix this glaring error.

[2762
10540,10539,10547,10531,10528,9596,10532,10525,7628,10544,10543,10523,10538,10533,1036,1024,10537,10517,10519,10534,538,10541,10542,10527,2166,10548,7627,10520,10296,10524,10526,10521,10522,10529,10535,10536,7427,10545,10546,1028,10530,1026,5807,10518
post-66020","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sci-fi","tag-amber-fossil","tag-amber-fossils","tag-amblin-entertainment","tag-ankylosaurus","tag-archeology","tag-birds-of-prey","tag-brachiosaurus","tag-cloned-plants","tag-cretaceous","tag-cretaceous-era","tag-cretaceous-period","tag-dilophosaurus","tag-dino-arms","tag-dino-sounds","tag-dinos","tag-dinosaur","tag-dinosaur-arms","tag-dinosaur-feathers","tag-dinosaur-intelligence","tag-dinosaur-sounds","tag-dinosaurs","tag-dominican-amber","tag-dominican-republic-amber","tag-fossil-hunting","tag-giraffes","tag-inc","tag-jurassic","tag-jurassic-era","tag-jurassic-park","tag-jurassic-park-plants","tag-jurassic-plants","tag-jurassic-world","tag-mosasaur","tag-pteranodon","tag-pterosaurs","tag-spinosaurus","tag-stegosaurus","tag-steven-speilberg","tag-steven-spielberg","tag-t-rex","tag-t-rex-vision","tag-triceratops","tag-tyrannosaurus-rex","tag-velociraptors
["GET
